Team members will ask you many questions from clinical, nutritional, and social perspectives. Your answers to these questions are vital. Knowing what is important to you and what your expectations are help our team to determine its focus while you or your loved one reside at Harbour Health or Hawthorn Health.
Many people are afraid to ask questions because they are uncertain of how they will be received. At Harbour Health and Hawthorn Health, we encourage you to ask questions. The staff also is appreciative if you bring concerns to their attention immediately. Our customer service program’s goal is to resolve any concerns that you may have as quickly as possible.
