Services
Skilled nursing services are provided 24-hours a day and include:
- Nursing services including specialized treatments and medication administration
- Assistance with feeding at meals, washing, dressing, transferring, and walking provided by certified nursing assistants
- Individualized care plans overseen by the attending physician
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapies
- Appointments with a psychologist Balanced meal plans created and individualized by a board-certified dietician
- On-site dentist, optometrist, and podiatrist appointments
Other services include:
- Designated social worker
- Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
- Business office support, including Medicaid application assistance
- Daily activities planned by the activities director
- Beauty and barber services
