All clothing and items that are brought in for a patient are to be presented at the front desk for the receptionist to label each item with the patient’s name. It is recommended that all items be labeled, regardless of whether the facility or the family does the resident’s laundry. Harbour Health and Hawthorn Health staff make every attempt to ensure each patient has all of his or her clothing returned in a timely manner.
