Maintenance

       There is a low monthly maintenance fee based on the size of the apartment chosen.  Unlike many condominiums, Presbyterian Village at North Church charges no additional assessments for major building maintenance such as roof replacement.

The monthly maintenance fee includes:

• Community gardens and lawn maintenance
• Building maintenance
• Snow removal, including from your car
• Full maintenance service and/or replacement of central air conditioning and heating units
• Interior repairs of apartment due to normal usage
• Transportation to and from doctors’ appointments, local shopping, and the Amherst Senior Center provided by Amherst Senior Transportation Services (limited reimbursement for trips to medical appointments)
• Common-area maintenance and housekeeping
• Trash removal service provided by private contractor
• Annual window washing

       The friendly staff at The Village is also available to assist residents with additional services, such as housekeeping, at a very reasonable rate.
